Advertising Terms and Conditions:

Although we accept Ads that do not directly relate to the Martial Arts, we recommend, for best results, that your Ad be oriented toward martial artists. Since Karate Tournament Central is a Martial Arts website, advertisers for these type of products will receive better results. We DO NOT accept Ads that contain Adult or inappropriate content. All Ads are reviewed by our staff before they are available for display.
While we guarantee that your Ad will receive no less than the contracted for number of impressions, we cannot guarantee that your Ad will receive a specific number of Clicks. This is determined by the relevance of your Ad to our visitor base as well as many other factors, which are not under our control.
Not every page on Karate Tournament Central displays banner ads. On the pages that do display Ads, we have made every attempt to insure that Ads are displayed at the top of the page so visitors will not need to scroll down to see the Ad. We do not use pop-up Ads which are displayed in their own separate window. All Karate Tournament Central Ads are displayed in a window containing site content.
Karate Tournament Central uses an Active Ad Rotation of 10 Ads, which are used by All pages on the site that contain advertising. Each time a new page is loaded, the next sequential ad in the rotation is displayed. When the server reaches the bottom of the list it recycles to the top of the rotation. When an Ad reaches its Target Number of Impressions, it is removed from the Active Rotation and replaced with the next Ad in line. New Ads are added to the Active Rotation on a first come first serve basis.
Advertisers will receive an automated email when one of their Ads Enters or Leaves the Active Rotation. You may also check the status of your Ad(s) by logging on using your Advertiser ID and Password.
Banners need not be housed on the Karate Tournament Central web server. When entering you banner URL, you may enter the full address (URL) of a banner ad stored on your website. I.E.: http://www.yoursite.com/ad01.gif. If you would like to have Karate Tournament Centwral store your banner ad, Please email it to Support@TsoftSoftware.com as soon as you have completed ordering your Ad on the website. Be sure to reference your Advertiser Name and the Description of the Ad in your email.
Ad Graphics (Banners) should adhere to the standard banner dimensions of 468 by 60 pixels, and may be a single image or animated. Preferred formats are GIF or JPG. Although we do not limit the total size of banner ads, we ask that they be as small as possible to keep the page load times as short as possible.
When a visitor clicks on your banner, the Link URL that you specify will be displayed in a new window. If your site does not track visitor source (where the visitor was referred from), the Advertiser Control Panel on Karate Tournament Central will display the number of times a Karate Tournament Central visitor clicked on your ad.
Once a banner ad enters the Active Ad Rotation, advertising fees for that ad become non-refundable. Should an active ad be found to contain inappropriate content, Tsoft reserves the right to immediately remove the ad from the Active Ad Rotation.
